KMotion/KFLOP/Kogna Version 5.3.6 Released

This corrects the inch/mm mode added in 5.3.4 in the KMotionCNC | Tool Setup |Trajectory Planner Screen. Axis Resolutions will now be displayed correctly in mm.

Also writes Screen Script Files as UTF-8 BOM to be more compatible with displaying International character sets.

A number of other fixes and features.
