i am working with the ATC, my machine is equipped with 8 tool carousel, it is fixed at one end of the machine.
what c. program you suggest me to use and modify for this operations.

I didn't find that file in the set of of c programs, can it be downloaded or can you send it to me please.

What Version are you using? Please use KMotion Version 4.35f.

Hi Tom.

I'm trying to use the program, ARotateToolChanger.c assigned to M06, i know that i have to modify some code but i need some help, this is the sequence i want to perform in my machine: move the X and Y axis in rapid near to magazine, then down the Z axis, move X slow to put the tool in magazine, unclamp it, raise Z to clear magazine, rotate magazine to new tool, down Z, clamp tool, move X slow in positive, raise Z to home and go back to run.

also the program should read conditions like clamp sensor, tool position sensor etc, index magazine etc.

my carousel has 8 tools and it's rotated by a 24v dc motor not a stepper, also it has 3 sensors under the disk i suppose they are maybe for gray code or some like that since they are aligned in parallel, also has 2 more sensors in the motor gearbox maybe for index.

please if you have a c. program similar to this or same samples that i can play with i aprecciate it.
