Hello, the bottom picture is how to get the mfc options. I downloaded the "Visual Studio Community 2015 w/ upgrade 3" from Microsoft. Mount the iso. Then on install where it says typical or custom go custom. That screen in the picture will show up. Under the C++ tab you will find the mfc option.
