Hello guys.

does someone knows how to invert the direction on x and y in the 3d gizmo, or how to rotate it to change the direction displayed, it doesn't match with my machine home position, and if i change the arrow buttons in the screen editor it match the macine but not the tool movement in the screen.

Hi Noel,

We don’t have such an option as it would be very odd to show the axes directions backwards on the screen. What type of machine do you have? A common issue is that with most mills to make a cut in the part to the right the tool remains stationary and the table and part is moved to the left. The display shows as if the tool was moved to the right.

To change this you would need to modify the KMotionCNC source code.

It’s not clear what the home position has to do with the axes directions.

My machine is a cnc router where the home position is on the left upper corner viewing from top, i was wonder if the Y gizmo arrow can be rotated to point opposite direction, like the picture above, if the tool can't be modified it's ok i just can hide it, also if the gizmo can't be changed well it not very important.
on this machine the tool moves around the work part. it is 10' x 4'.
