I am trying to use encoders that have a RS422 type output on the KFlop, because that is what I have here available.
What is the best way to connect these encoders to the K-Flop?
Is there a dedicated input circuit to connect these encoders?

Hi Rob,
See:
http://dynomotion.com/faq.html#Encoders
You can connect one signal from the differential encoder to a KFLOP input. But that will not have the noise immunity that differential provides.
To have actual differential inputs to KFLOP you will need to add one of our option boards or 3rd party differential to single ended converters.
