Z moves moves irratically

X and Y work properly. Z will move down when pressing the rapid down arrow the first time then the second time pushing the rapid down arrow it will go up. The same is true of the up arrow. While running a program it's working fine then all of a sudden it dives into the work .75" when it says it's .25".

Hi Bob,
What kind of axes and Drives do you have? Encoders?
Have you tested the axes with the KMotion Step Response Screen? Does it move the correct distance?

It does the same on the step response. I'm thinking it's the motor because when I swap the X-axis motor with the Z that motor works fine.
