Had lathe running up through tuning motors process. Left sit a couple of months. When I started it up again I am not getting DAC outputs on the X and Z axis drives. The Analog screen shows output but there is no voltage. The spindle DAC works like it should. I tried the non used DACS just to see if they would output and none of them would. I cycled the power several times to the KFLOP and it shows the normal start up LED lights. Is there something I can try to do?
Thanks,
Scott

Re: NO DAC OUTPUT
Hi Scott,
Does the Enabled LED on Kanalog come on?
If the Analog Screen shows voltage there should be voltage.
Disconnect everything from Kanalog. Cycle power. Command DAC0=2000 on the console. What voltage do you measure on DAC0 with a voltmeter?
Post your Config, Step Response, and Filters Screens.

Re: NO DAC OUTPUT
Thank you Tom. It was user error. I forgot that the top of the screw terms for Dac output seem to have a coating that is non conductive. The Dac outputs were working all along. The power supply for the servo system had a blown fuse. Sorry for the false alarm.
