The last two screenshots may be helpful to you in understanding the problem. I sent a video of "MOTOR OFF" there showed the behavior of the encoder when the axle is mixed into the manual. Adequate position miscalculation occurs. The counter stands still, but once the motor is turned on, endless running occurs even when the axle is stationary. Wires to the "twisted pair" motor on the encoder standard wires "shielded."

It seems Stepper Motor noise is affecting the encoder signals.

Noise and grounding is complex. You might try:
  1. Shield and Earth GND the Stepper motor and wiring.
  2. Shield the encoder cable
  3. Connect encoder shield to KFLOP GND on KFLOP end only
  4. Use short wires
  5. Add 150 ohm Encoder signal termination at KFLOP
  6. Isolate KFLOP GND from Earth GND
  7. Use differential encoder signals by adding differential receivers such as this.

An encoder with manual mixing at a space of 293mm shows a position of 291838. Length of connecting wires is 0.8 meters. Kflop connected only one motor and encode,
can you show me an example of the right (standard) work of the encoder?

Hi Igor,

The video is of no help without a description of what are the conditions and what you are doing.

The red line should be smooth and follow the motion of the axis. Such as:

I got this result. Connected the GND encoder to the GND Kflop. I await your further instructions. Chinese had a separate GND wire

Hi Igor,

You didn't show Position.

Also Save Data and attach it here.

Hi Igor,

You didn't Save Data and attach it here.

Also post all your 3 Axis channel Screens: Step Response, Config/Flash, and IIR Filters.

I do only one X axis at a time. All other axes in step/dir
