flashing but Windows does not detect a flop, only restarting the computer .. for some reason, I decided to connect external power. but alas, the init file does not work

Hi Igor,
Well I think you will need to troubleshoot why the Init file doesn't work. I usually pick the simplest thing that is not working and investigate why it isn't working.
