KFLOP JP4/JP6 expansion card

The JP4/6 extension card pcb for Kflop is now available.
It is added to the KFlop card via the connector AUX#0 JP4 or AUX#1 JP6, which supports 10 optocoupled inputs or outputs.
The opto-io's have an isolation voltage of 3750.0 volts (AC for 1 minute).
The inputs can handle 5.0 to 24.0 volts with a series resistor of 1K. The outputs are capable of a collector-to-emitter voltage of 80.0 volts at 50.0 mA.
Additionally, the card provides three voltages: 3.3V, 5.0V, and 12.0V, as well as a ground (GND) available via four terminals.
The card has 12 screw terminals, with a 5mm pitch for the digital inputs and 20 for the 10 digital outputs.
The 10 available IOs can be freely configured via 20 dip switches as inputs or outputs. Its digital IO has two dip switches, which set this IO either to input or to output.
It comes together with a 200-mm-long flat cable, two 16-pin IDC connectors, and two DIN rail plastic holders. Also included are 2, 8-position jumpers.
