KMotion/KFLOP/Kogna Version 5.3.8 Released

This update addresses a critical issue related to compiling and downloading C programs to Kogna. Previously, each firmware version check left a file open, which caused the application to reach the file descriptor limit after 512 version checks. This limitation resulted in the application being unable to open additional files, leading to numerous errors. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that files are properly closed after each version check.

Also fixes a bug regarding SnapAmp DC Servo mode introduced in the last Version when an output offset was supported.
