KMotion/KFLOP/Kogna Version 5.3.4 Released

Kogna - Fix issue with reading encoders momentarily ‘glitching’ on some binary values ie 256 counts. Encoder Counters are now
synchronized to 16.6MHz Clock before reading.

KMotionCNC - Tool Setup | Trajectory Planner Page now allows mm or inch settings

Kinematics - Add feature for each axis to perform a 1D Linear Table correction (Screw Mapping type). See wiki for more info.

A number of other fixes and features.
