MAZAK QT8n

Hello all,
I just finished to retrofit my MAZAK QT8n with Kflop and will share with you the programs and screens I made.
So the machine is :
-2 axis CNC lathe (both servo motors from china, in quadrature mode)
-1 spindle with VFD in 0-10V with PWM from Konnect
-hydraulic turret (new ABZ encoder to replace the old one at the back)
-hydraulic chuck and tailstock
-ToolEye
All works, connections table also attached.
The init file is most probably far from optimized but that works, using CSS and PWM gets the thing tricky as you cannot allow high delay_sec (or big while loops) the init file , or RPM will get erratic.
Also as a recommendation use EMC filters and if you want to connect encoders feedback to Kflop you will need to keep the A_A, B_B just until the connector with an adapter or the noise will make the position derivate.
Machine for sale ! 7500€ in Hungary.
Cordially,
Francois
