Anyway yes the two config files are in that correct folder C:\KMotion434\CNCPlasma\KMotion\Data...

I think you are hiding file extensions of known file types. So the filename is actually:

GCodeConfigCNC_2.txt

not

GCodeConfigCNC_2

[a_j_p3]

that worked!
