That looks like a time stamp shortly after the patch. I installed the patch and I still can't duplicate the problem.

Anything else you might have changed or doing differently that I may not be aware of?

I don't see any tool compensation or offsets so I'm not using any.

You might try a fresh install of Version 4.35f

I suppose it could be a timing thing linked to CPU/PC/USB speed. My i7 W10 system is somewhat old but fairly fast.

Could you try to pair down the GCode to the absolute minimum that still fails?

There are about 8 other ops in the program. The one right before this calls the tool/offset/spindle speed (it's the same op, just patterned to a different instance of the part, it also doesn't error out weirdly). I can re-post with just that op, make sure it still fails and upload that if it does.

Your old I7 is probably a lot faster than what I am using :)

I reposted the whole program (and saved the error-ing version) with different path and smoothing tolerances and it stopped erroring out.

Strange.

The GCode is a bit segmented in that area but that shouldn't cause an error.

Here the "error" segment shown in red:

Corner Rounding smooths it:
