Hi Kmac,

If you need a better Trajectory Planner you should use KMotionCNC not Mach3. If you use our KFLOP with Mach3 it will be doing the Trajectory Planning.

You might download our Software and test KMotionCNC in Simulation mode to see if it can simulate your GCode.

To use KFLOP you would need to make a custom cable to connect the Step/Dir pins on KFLOP JP7 to your Gecko G540. Here are links that describe the Step/Dir on KFLOP and the connectors and pinouts on KFLOP.
