How to make the actual displacement of gantry as same as the KmotionCNC screen?

I run a gcode but found that real displacement of gantry is different with the coordinates in gcode in at least one axis, for example in Y axis direction. But the X,Y,Z numbers displayed in Kmotion CNC screen are as same as the X,Y,Z coordinate values in gcode. Then I do a test that used the Kmotion...

A little mistake in the Kstep connectors datasheet

In Kstep connectors.pdf: 3.jpg I think the reverse flyback diodes in this picture should be placed between the relay0+ and relay0-(not between relay0- and gnd), or relay1+ and relay1-, isn't it? And this picture told us that the users should add the flyback diodes by themselves, right? Yours 08-25-2...

How can I define the axis name of a AC spindle motor?

I use 5 step motors to drive the gantry. I use another step or a DC servo motor to drive the extruder. I also use a AC motor driven by a frequency converter to be the spindle motor. I will connect the frequency converter with the Kstep board, refer to the figure below: 2.jpg I will try to run the ex...

Re: How to connect the extruder stepping motor as the E axis?

In the past I thought U and V are the slave channel motor of x and y axis direction, which will follow the motion of master channel motor automatically. But now maybe I was wrong. But how can I connect and define a motor as the U,or V, W axis? For the example, the function "DefineCoordSystem(0,1,3,-1...

How to connect the extruder stepping motor as the E axis?

I know in the system definition the A axis rotaes about the X Axis, the B axis rotates about the Y axis, and the C axis rotates about the Z axis. And U, V, W axises are the second axis parallel to X,Y,Z. And I also know in g code such as "G1 X90.6 Y13.8 E22.4" the "E22.4" means the extruder step mot...
