Thanks, Tom. I changed IO 34 and IO 35 to IO 32 and IO 33, which are connected to the signal pin of a 3.3V optical limit switch. This solved my issue.

If two KStep boards are connected to one KFlop, what are the IO numbers for the 2nd Opto IN0-15 and Relay0-1?

If several 24V motors consume more than 10A in total, should I connect two GNDs and two VBBs to the power supply? If two VBBs are connected to a 24V power supply, will the voltage applied to the motors be 24V or 24*2=48V?

Sorry, I made a mistake in my original description and corrected it in the second one. I tried a different power supply or USB power. Still the same. I think it's broken somehow.

I'm using female jumper wires to connect KFlop, so it's not likely to have a short between the pins. I disconnected KFlop and KStep and tested IO16-25 and IO26-35 again. Based on the manual, IO16-23 and IO26-33 should be the same as digital outputs.
