I looked in the documentation, and couldn't find any info on KMotionCNC backup.
Is there a way to save all the settings?

Hi Michael,
The screen settings are saved in the <install>\KMotion\Data directory. It is usually better to save your C Files in a separate directory that way switching versions can reference the same file locations.
