I have using KFlop in a few different applications for many years, and would like to say Thank for all of you who work hard to make it better and more stable. Tom you are a hard worker! Thank you again!

My news related to KFlop - I plan to build a "Pick and Place" (PNP) machine for 0402 SMT components and up.
For past month or so, I collect much information from Internet, look in to OpenPNP, and other publications.

Thinking to purchase a mechanical beast and convert to KFlopPNP still seat in my head, but continue to become smaller and smaller every day... BTHW, any one done that? Please share.

I have an old project with precision German screws for 14"cube motion, that I think will be my mechanical platform. It is all steppers, no loop, but I think it will be Ok with vision feedback.

Working on 3D modeling of automatic feeders. Controlling them from KFlop will be no problem. If some would be interesting or working on feeders, i will be glad to share models, drawings.

Next is the PNP head - there is some options on eBay and also from some used equipment sales. Any one had some experience on this? Advises? suggestions ....
