KMotion/KFlop Firmware

-Added "CL Microstep" mode for closed loop control of steppers with KMotion or SnapAmp amplifiers
-Zero command now disables then enables the axis (if it was enabled)
-Limit Step/Dir rate to 2.5MHz (avoid tic-tic-tic problem on discontinuous motion)
-Fix issue with Step/Dir and negative OutputGain when enabling at non-zero position
