Tiny Arcs treated as Lines (having cord length < Collinear tolerance)
Correctly honor max velocities in all cases
Fix rare conditions where segments not flagged complet and downloaded before the end of the path
Limit velocity on circles based on Acceleration (fixes following errors on tight rounded corners)

Fix Motion blending for Jog
Fix problem wit A axis reset to zero on G2/G3 moves
