I was following the instructions on this page, and I was getting lots of errors from Visual Studio similar to this: "

Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State<br />Error
MSB8020 The build tools for v143 (Platform Toolset = 'v143') cannot be found. To build using the v143 build tools, please install v143 build tools. Alternatively, you may upgrade to the current Visual Studio tools by selecting the Project menu or right-click the solution, and then selecting "Retarget solution". TCC67 C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V140\Microsoft.Cpp.Platform.targets 57 "

According to this webpage: [https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/how-to-modify-the-target-framework-and-platform-toolset Microsoft target framework] Version 143 of the build tools comes with Visual Studio 2022, and not 2015. I tried to follow the instructions to change the target framework, but they don't seem to apply to VS2015. I tried to right click on the BuildAllLibs in the solution explorer, but I don't see an option to retarget the solution back to v140.
